I am committed to empowering people of all genders to pursue programs in STEM fields. Part of my responsibility as Math Center Coordinator is to support women and members of the LGBTQ+ community as they challenge the biases and injustices often faced when entering and persisting within those traditionally cis male-dominated fields.
